DESCRIPTION:
The computer skills lab enables students to build computer literacy and
information competency skills.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to
- manage files, including uploading and downloading to and from
servers and storage devices.
- use communication tools with instructor and classmates.
- recognize the need for information.
- identify and locate information.
- evaluate and organize information.
- use electronic sources for research.
- comply with computer use, copyright, and plagiarism policies.
