This degree is designed for students pursuing professional employment in
computer information systems for business. Students are prepared to pursue a
career in network, systems, or database administration; technical and
applications support; and computer programming. Designed for both full and
part-time students, this program is appropriate to both those currently
employed and those seeking to enter this field. Students completing the CIS
AS degree are prepared to transfer to a Baccalaureate program in Computer
Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related programs.

COMPUTER SCIENCE ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE DEGREE (60 units total, 31 units in
