Physical Education

PHYSICAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATE OF ARTS DEGREE (60 units total, 22.5 units in the major) helps prepare the student for careers in Physical Education and related areas. In addition to the areas of teaching, coaching, recreation and dance, Physical Education majors are finding opportunities in rehabilitation services, exercise specialties and fitness. As the concept of preventive health care becomes more prevalent, the Physical Education major should find an even wider array of opportunities.
